Quote by StraawbeeryyUhh... could
someone help me with getting the code thing to submit my art to the group`s
gallery... I`m so horrible with codes. o.o"
Sorry for not replying to this right away; I'll try to explain it.
At the groups page, under the rules, in bold is a code. Copy/paste that bolded
code into the guestbook. Then where it says "Name of your work",
replace that with the name of your art. And where it has the "***'",
replace those with the number in the URL of your art. For example, the number
for "Haruhi's New Hairstyle" would be 346764. And that's all. I hope
it makes sense since I'm not the best at explaining
Quote by StraawbeeryyDon`t try it!
My eyes were tearing up after I finished... T.T <--- like that. Yeah, I`ll
try again on this vector I`m currently working on. The outlines are easy and
stuff so I`ll challenge myself to do the background.
Lol, I
understand It's good that you have so much spirit to work at many projects in
such a short time
LOLOLOL. I survive. Somehow the song "Survivor" by Destiny`s Child is
playing in my head when I said that. I
really appreciate what you said about my vector. =D
For me it's more like that song "I will survive"...dunno the
artist,you know what song do I mean,right
Quote by StraawbeeryyThanks for
adding my Haruhi vector to your fav list. I appreciate it!
=)
Your vector was really impressive; it deserves to be in the fav list. ^^
Hats off to you as well. You have a flair for vectoring; it would be nice to see
you develop that skill. And enjoy while doing it. ^^
Here's to even better work in the future! Cheers!
Quote by StraawbeeryyYeah, I`m
currently working on a Clannad one. There`s seems to be alot of pretty scans
abandoned. T.T
Oh and I would love to join your group. =D
Thanks for joining the group! We're so glad to have you, especially since you've
already done 2 beautiful KyoAni vectors ^^ If you could post them in the
guestbook that'd be great ^^
Quote by StraawbeeryyThanks for the
fav and comment. Now that you mention it, I do think it`s too bright. I wonder
if I can edit my submission... Oh, well. I`m off trying to find another scan
now. Vectoring is fun.
No problem ^^
Ah, I think the editing and updating buttons are gone right now, but like I said
it's no big deal.
Lol, yeah vectoring is fun And
addicting. If you keep up the good work you might become the new big vectorer
around here

No wonder. I thought there should be such button around here somewhere. I`ll be
glad to post my two vectors up in the group. Oh and about the background, if you
would have seen it, you would think twice about thinking I could do it. So many
things went wrong with the background. It didn`t look right... =(
Yeah, we usually have those buttons around, but MT has been buggy lately.
Thanks so much ^^
Aw :P Well that's alright. There's a scan I want to work on but I can't even
start because the background scares me that much
Quote by StraawbeeryyThank you very
much for the fav and comment. I tried that save for web thing... but I sorta
didn`t really get it. Thanks for showing me how. And if I vector Haruhi again,
I`ll use the advice for the eyes. =D
P.S. Still too lazy to make a thank you card. Hope you don`t mind.
And also, your welcome. Btw, how do you make your line so skinny. I have tried
to make my lines skinny but it wasn`t so skinny... =.=
No problem ^^ I didn't get the save for web thing for a while either ^^
Lol, a thankies card isn't necessary ^^
Skinny lines? I guess the easiest way is too zoom in when doing the outlines.
The more you zoom in, and the closer you place the anchor points, the thinner
your lines will be. Be sure to make sure they're not so thin you can't colour on
them though :P
By the way, are you working on any new vector projects right now?
Oh, and I was going to invite you to my group , but looks like Omone-chan below me beat me to it ^^
Well I'm seconding the invite
Quote by StraawbeeryyAww, that`s
sad. I used to have hamsters but they died too... =(
To believe I owned hamsters but couldn`t even tell them apart from rats.
-.-"
it's always kinda sad when a beloved pet die. i'm sorry for your
hamsters..
anyways i wanted to ask you if you like to join ?
we would b very glad if you join our group =D

Look, it`s Zero and Yuki. Yay! I love your clean vector. Though the skinny lines
look nice, I prefer bigger lines. I love the roses. Clean version ftw!
=D
I'm glad you like it ^^ Yeah, sometimes I do skinny outlines and sometimes
thick; everyone has their preference so I know I can't please everybody :P I
just choose what I think would look best with the image ^^ Thanks for your
support!
Quote by StraawbeeryyYay! Of course
you can add me to your watchlist. I should add you too.
Promising artist... that sounds so nice. You don`t make those cards? I thought
people would like those cards more than words since they look prettier in the
guestbook.
*adds to watch list as well :3* Thank you for adding me to yours!
I used to like them too in the beginning, but then I started getting too many
and the guest book look cluttered
Some of them are nice, but I don't like the big ones. Smaller are cuter
Quote by StraawbeeryyThanks for the
comment and fav. As you can tell, I`m too lazy to make a thank you card. I`ll be
sure to make them next time I vector. :]
It's no problem at all, you deserve them! May I add you to my watch list?
*recognizes a promising artist *
I don't mind not getting thank you cards, I know people appreciate the support
I don't make them anymore either, it's just too much to keep up with.
Keep up the great work! d^_^b
Quote by StraawbeeryyIn a blink of
an eye. That`s way too fast. It should be a year or two. Wait, that`s
exaggeration. Months, then. Thanks for the comment, too.
:]
Quote by StraawbeeryyAww, thanks for
the sweet comment. Yeah, I know the eyes are a little weird. I guessed my way
through it. I`m trying to learn how to vector the eyes properly. Ugh, so
confusing....
Yeah, it's confusing at the beginning, but
it's easy once you get used to it. In any case, it's an amazing first vector..
my first one looked like crap, but I was really satisfied
I noticed the quote below; I also did a Haruhi vector and it took me more than a
month so I guess it depends from person to person maybe
Quote by StraawbeeryyYeah, I spent a
few days on this vector. It really amazes me how some of the pro-vectorers take
less than a day to vector.
Thanks for the comment!
No Prob! Don't worry, I've been vectoring for a while now, and I still take ages
to finish one. I have about 3 (and a 4th planned) vector in the works for about
2 or 3 months now. I don't always work on them but when I do it does take long.
I figure if I worked continuously on one then it would probably take me about 10
- 15 hours. Keep it up though, once you finish one its amazing and you feel very
accomplished. It just makes you want to do another. I hope you enjoy it

Your welcome~ haha hope to see you work soon =D
No problem.
Hehe. :] Haha, yeah same here. He gives out a weird vibe, that's my opinion on Kaname. xP
No problem

It's really Perfect in the first vector !
And see ya in the next of your vector.
